| May-june 2011 Hotel Closure For Refurbishment |
| From May 2011 until June 2011, refurbishments will take place for the interiors of all standard rooms, and certain public areas and routine maintenance work will be carried out in the back of house areas. No “construction” as such is envisaged. During this time, arrangements will be made to minimize and eliminate any disturbance to guests occupying the property by ensuring that work is carried out between the hours of 9 am – 5 pm. Maintenance workers will not use guest areas during work being carried out and alternate provision will be made to access the relevant work areas.
Garden of Eden (main dining restaurant)– as plans include certain interior changes to the main dining restaurant, alternate arrangements will be made within the other available food & beverage venues and ballroom (depending on occupancy levels)
